David joined Transpro in 2019 after spending 30 plus years in the Waste & Transportation industries. Previously holding leadership roles of COO/ Treasurer, Regional Vice President, Area Vice President for CEI, Waste Pro, Advanced Disposal, Veolia Environmental and Waste Management.
James Anderson
Chief Financial Officer
James joined Transpro in 2021 after 25 years in various leadership roles in both the Manufacturing and Construction industries.
Bert Duhaime
Corporate Director of Fleet & Maintenance
Bert joined Transpro in January 2020 after spending 40 years in the transportation industry. He previously held various leadership roles with Ryder Transportation and Waste Pro of Florida.
Carie Smith
Corporate Director HR/Safety & Benefits
Carie joined Transpro in 2021 after spending 8 years as Human Resources in the transportation/Oil & Gas industries. She also served 8 years as Human Resources in the US Air Force.
Bill Treiber
Corporate Director of IT
Bill joined Transpro in 1998 after spending 10 years in aviation. Bill’s role is application development, software integrations, and oversite of the IT infrastructure, including engineering and development of the company’s own routing and Maintenance Management software, “Marlin”.
Rick Heggie
Corporate Director of Operations, Wyoming
Rick Joined Transpro in 2001 initially overseeing Fleet & Maintenance. In 2005 he took over responsibilities of all operations in Wyoming.
Brian Hopkins
Corporate Director of Operations, Texas
Brian joined Transpro in 2021 after 25 plus years in the Waste Industry managing landfills and hauling companies. Prior to joining Transpro, Brian held previous leadership roles of District Mgr, Area General Mgr, and General Mgr for Waste Management, Advanced Disposal, and Veolia Environmental.

Director of Operations, Colorado
Dan joined Transpro in 2016, his 15 years of Safety Leadership in the Transportation Industry also includes his previous roles with Air Liquide.
